The JQ Rodney Bay Mall Information Desk will be available soon, providing information on shopping and dining within the Mall, and assistance with local transportation and activities.

Parking

Parking is available to the front and rear of the building. Service and delivery vehicles off loading areas are to the rear of the building.

Payphones

Payphones are located on the ground floor of the building next to the escalator and at the entrance of The Boulevard.

Security

Security assistance is available at all times whilst the building is open to the public. Security assistance for wheel chair access is also available. The mall is also equipped with 24 hour building surveillance.

Washrooms

There are washrooms located on each floor of the building. Women's washrooms are located on The Strip, to the rear of The Boulevard as well as Island Gallery Shoppes Level. Men’s washrooms are located on The Strip, and to the rear of Island Gallery Shoppes Level.

Post Office

Postal Service – Mailing of letters and parcels, private letter boxes, sale of stamps, encashment of money orders and express mail service (EMS).

Pharmacy

The Massy Stores Pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the mall. The pharmacy offers full fledged pharmacy services, as well as top quality health, beauty care and lifestyle products. The pharmacy features a private consultation area where customers can consult with pharmacists on matters relating to their medication among other related issues. It also includes a touch screen health unit displaying health information as well as a section featuring diabetic products.
